Job Title : FP&A Analyst Location : NoidaAbout the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven FP&A Executive to join our Planning & Business Finance team. In this role, you will support key financial planning activities, assist in budgeting and forecasting cycles, and help deliver insights that enable effective business decision-making. If you enjoy financial analysis, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration, this opportunity is for you.Key Responsibilities Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and monthly planning cycles Conduct variance analysis against budgets/forecasts and highlight key insights Prepare accurate and timely management reports, MIS, and dashboards Work closely with business teams to gather data and assist in financial decision-making Support automation and reporting enhancements using Excel and Power BI Assist in financial modelling, scenario planning, and performance analysisRequired Skills & Attributes Strong understanding of FP&A processes such as budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Advanced Excel skills; working knowledge of Power BI preferred Good communication skills with a collaborative working approach Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environmentQualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, business finance, or financial analysis rolesWhat We Look For Agile, curious, and solution-oriented individuals Team players who adapt quickly and thrive in collaborative environments Professionals who value integrity, ownership, and continuous improvement
