Role OverviewOur client is hiring a Head of Ecommerce to lead their digital commerce charter across marketplaces, q-commerce and D2C. The role owns ecommerce strategy, P&L, channel growth and team leadership.Key Responsibilities- Build and drive ecommerce strategy across marketplaces, q-commerce and D2C. - Own ecommerce P&L, revenue, profitability and key growth metrics. - Manage Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart etc. including JBP, visibility, content and promotions. - Lead D2C growth across acquisition, CRM, retention and funnel optimisation. - Partner with supply chain and finance for demand planning, inventory and fulfilment. - Drive digital marketing, platform campaigns and brand visibility. - Build and mentor the ecommerce team; collaborate cross-functionally.Requirements- 10–15 years experience in ecommerce within FMCG, ideally Food & Beverages. - Strong marketplace + D2C expertise with proven P&L ownership. - Deep understanding of ecommerce operations, demand planning and performance marketing. - Strong stakeholder management, analytical skills and leadership experience.
