The Placement Coordinator will manage day-to-day placement operations, support student placement activities, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth functioning.A key responsibility of this role is to help students get placed by building and maintaining strong relationships with recruiters, companies, and hiring partners. The role includes coordinating interviews, maintaining placement records, supporting compliance and documentation, and fostering a positive and productive environment for both students and internal teams.Qualifications- Strong understanding of placement operations, coordination processes, and basic HR practices - Experience in student placement coordination, recruitment support, or related roles - Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with recruiters and industry partners - Knowledge of documentation, records management, and coordination processes - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills - Ability to work effectively with students, faculty, recruiters, and internal teams - Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field - Prior experience in Ed-Tech, placement support, recruitment coordination, or HR generalist roles is a plusLocation: Cloud Synergy, Jayanagar, BangaloreMode: Full-time (On-site)If you're passionate about connecting students with exciting career opportunities and helping them succeed in the corporate world, we’d love to hear from you!Contact: +91 96064 16347
