The role will focus on preparing submission-ready content, ensuring compliant referencing, managing internal/external review workflows, and addressing MLR (Medical-Legal-Regulatory) feedback efficiently. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Veeva Vault PromoMats, excellent attention to detail, and strong familiarity with pharma promotional compliance requirements across markets..Key Responsibilities- Create placeholders, upload materials, and maintain metadata/version control. - Upload and manage references with proper classification. - Add accurate anchors for all claims, figures, tables, and footnotes. - Manage MLR workflows, track reviews, and ensure timely approvals. - Address and resolve MLR comments by updating content, references, or anchors. - Ensure compliance with US/EU/Global promotional regulations.Required Skills- 4–5 years hands-on Veeva PromoMats experience. - Strong understanding of MLR/PRC review processes. - Excellent referencing & attention to detail. - Ability to collaborate with medical, regulatory, and marketing teams. - Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field.
