Job Description – Chief of Staff (Reporting to CEO)Location: BangaloreExperience: 10+ YearsRole SummaryThe Chief of Staff will act as a strategic advisor and execution partner to the CEO, driving planning, operational governance, cross-functional alignment, and executive communication. This role requires strong analytical capability, global delivery exposure, stakeholder influence, and the ability to convert strategy into action.Key Responsibility Areas1. Strategic Planning & Execution- Drive strategic planning and execution in collaboration with the CEO and leadership team. - Translate the CEO’s vision into annual and quarterly organizational plans. - Align priorities across business units and ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives.2. Program Governance & Operations- Establish and manage operating frameworks and enterprise-wide governance systems. - Lead organizational Rhythm of Business (RoB) including QBRs, MBRs, and leadership reviews. - Improve operational efficiency through process optimization and performance oversight.3. Data-Driven Insights for CEO Decision-Making- Consolidate business data across functions into clear executive dashboards. - Identify trends, risks, and opportunities based on data insights. - Provide actionable recommendations to support informed CEO-level decisions.4. Customer & CXO Communication and Influence- Represent the CEO’s office in key customer and partner interactions. - Prepare executive-level communication, messaging, and business narratives. - Manage escalations and influence global CXO stakeholders with strong executive presence.5.
