As part of the multibillion-dollar diversified CKA Birla Group, Birlasoft with its 12,000+ professionals, is committed to continuing the Group’s 170-year heritage of building sustainable communities.Job Title: SFDC Manual TesterLocation: ALL BSLExperience: 4-7 YearsDesired Profile -• Overall 4-7 yrs of exp with 3+ yrs of direct hands-on experience in testing of ; Marketing, Service or Community Cloud platforms.• Experience in testing of apex/triggers/process builder flows/approvals/workflows/visualforce and lightning components on salesforce platform• Ability to identify appropriate test cases for automation and implement test automation in existing Selenium / Provar/ Cucumber Frameworks.• Knowledge of Testing APIs in SFDC• Knowledge on Waterfall and Agile Methodology & Software Testing Lifecycle• Should be well equipped with any Defect Management tool like ALM or JIRA or Azure• Ability to analyze defects and provide root-cause analysis.• Experience in Creation and execution of Test Scenarios, Test Cases and Test Data• Should possess good verbal and written communication skills.• Should be proficient in Customer and Stakeholder interaction• Should possess strong analytical , problem solving and troubleshooting abilities with quick adaptation to new technology , methodologies and systems
