The position requires a strong understanding of fintech products, excellent communication skills, and a strategic approach to driving account success, product adoption, and revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with key accounts. Serve as the primary point of contact for all client communications. Ensure consistent and high-quality client experience to enhance retention and satisfaction.Account Growth & Strategy Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across Ambak’s fintech solutions. Develop customized account strategies to maximize client value and revenue. Analyze client usage trends and suggest improvements to increase adoption.Operational & Product Coordination Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Tech, Operations, Compliance) to meet client needs. Ensure smooth onboarding, implementation, and integration of solutions. Collect client feedback and translate insights into actionable product improvements.Business Performance Monitoring Track account performance, usage metrics, and transaction KPIs. Prepare periodic reports, business reviews, and forecasts for senior management. Resolve client issues promptly and escalate critical concerns when necessary.Qualifications & Skills Required Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field. 2–6 years of experience in Key Account Management—preferably in fintech, BFSI, SaaS, or payments. Experience working with banks, NBFCs, payment gateways, or digital lending products. Familiarity with compliance, KYC/AML, and fintech regulatory guidelines. Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision making.Why Join Ambak? Be part of an innovative and rapidly scaling fintech organization. Work with cutting-edge financial technology products. Dynamic, growth-focused culture with learning opportunities. Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives.Interested Candidates can share their resume on anusha.mishra@ or 9569988658.
