Job Title: Accountant / Finance Executive – (Dubai, UAE)We are hiring a qualified Accountant (4–8 years’ experience) for a growing technology company in Dubai, UAE. This is a core finance role with limited admin/customer-related tasks.Role OverviewYou will be responsible for end-to-end accounting and finance, including:Full bookkeeping and general ledger management (AP, AR, reconciliations).Preparing P&L, balance sheet, cash-flow statements, and monthly management reports.Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support decision-making.VAT and tax compliance, including filings and proper documentation.Managing billing, collections, and payments for domestic and international transactions.Supporting import/export and basic inventory/stock accounting where applicable.Implementing and improving finance processes, internal controls, and ERP/accounting systems.You will also coordinate with vendors and customers on invoices, payments, and order-related updates, and support basic office/admin documentation as needed.Candidate Profile4–8 years of experience in accounting/finance, preferably in a technology company or startup environment.Strong understanding of accounting principles, VAT, and international transactions.Hands-on experience with ERP/Accounting software.Excellent analytical, numerical, and documentation skills; high attention to detail.Fluent in English (spoken and written).Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing organization.Keen to use technology to automate and improve finance processes.If you are an ambitious finance professional seeking a high-impact role in a scaling tech company in Dubai, we would like to hear from you.
