At Reidius Infra, you will join a collaborative team committed to transforming clients’ dreams into reality through quality construction and dedicated project management.About the Role We are seeking a motivated and experienced Civil Site Engineer to join our team at Reidius Infra. This on-site role requires frequent visits to multiple active construction sites and involves supervising site activities, coordinating with site supervisors, and ensuring quality and timely execution of projects. The ideal candidate will help maintain our standards of trust, transparency, and on-time delivery across all projects.Responsibilities Oversee and manage day-to-day civil construction activities across multiple project sites. Coordinate and supervise the work of Site Supervisors and other site staff to ensure adherence to project plans and quality standards. Monitor project progress, ensure compliance with design specifications, safety protocols, and timelines. Liaise with project architects, design team, and procurement/materials team to ensure smooth flow of work as per schedule. Inspect workmanship and materials on-site, provide guidance for corrective measures if required. Prepare and submit regular site reports — progress updates, material usage, labour deployment, issues, and resolutions. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and site regulations to uphold a safe working environment. Assist in coordination between different sites when required; ensure consistent construction standards across projects.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BE/BTech) or equivalent. Proven experience (minimum 3–4 years) as a Site Civil Engineer / Site Supervisor or similar role in residential or commercial construction projects.Required Skills Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, quality and safety standards. Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously, coordinate teams, and maintain oversight remotely and on-site. Good communication and leadership skills to guide and coordinate with site teams. Strong organizational skills, ability to prepare site reports and maintain documentation.
