The Senior Manager – Strategy & PMO will act as a thought partner to senior leadership, shaping enterprise-level strategy while driving disciplined execution across global analytics and value creation agendas. The role requires a leader who combines structured problem solving, people leadership, and executive-level storytelling, and is comfortable operating in complex, ambiguous, and high-visibility environments.KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES Lead enterprise level strategic problem solving using hypothesis driven consulting frameworks to define priority opportunities and decision quality options. Convert ambiguous business and analytics challenges into structured, actionable roadmaps with clear milestones, owners, and success criteria. Design and run large scale transformation and capability building programs across Global, Zones, and Functions/Towers, ensuring alignment to business priorities. Own end to end governance for the Global Analytics portfolio, including program charters, risk and issue management, dependency tracking, and benefit realization. Establish and operate executive cadence forums including SteerCos, transformation checkpoints, and performance reviews to drive accountability and momentum. Define and maintain a Global Analytics value creation measurement framework and ensure rigorous KPI discipline across initiatives. Drive performance management, program reporting, and rigorous follow through across cross functional initiatives to ensure delivery of committed benefits. Shape CTO, senior leadership, and board ready narratives and presentations that translate complex analytics and technology concepts into clear strategic stories. Facilitate leadership workshops, offsites, and strategy forums to accelerate alignment and decision making. Lead workforce and capability strategy for analytics including hiring frameworks, team design, future skills architecture, and succession planning.
