NRI Client Management :Develop and expand relationships with NRI clients, offering tailored investment solutions. Market & Equity Expertise :Provide insights on economic trends, equity markets, and investment opportunities to clients and management. Revenue Growth :Achieve sales targets through structured strategies, client engagement, and cross-selling of financial products. Strategic Partnerships :Collaborate with banks, financial institutions, and corporate houses to expand business reach. Compliance & Governance :Ensure adherence to SEBI regulations, company policies, and ethical standards. Team Development :Mentor and guide junior sales staff, fostering a high-performance culture.Requirements Educational Background :MBA/PGDM in Finance, Marketing, or related field; CFA/CA preferred. Experience :7-10 years in corporate sales, equity advisory, or financial services, with leadership exposure. Domain Knowledge :Strong understanding of economic markets, equity instruments, and investment strategies.
