Role Accountabilitiesclient & workforce planning integration● embed with client teams to understand workforce planning and future needs● feed client insights back into community strategy for long-term alignment & coordinate withcommunity partners● build and maintain strategic partnerships with client hiring managers, understanding theirneeds and expectations regarding talent.● communicate effectively but within the boundaries allowed by specific vms models,respecting program office boundaries.vms management & compliance● participate in quarterly business reviews (qbrs) with vms/msp teams when invited.order management● monitor vms portals daily for new job requisitions.● track candidate submissions in internal ats and vms for real-time visibility.● ensure all submissions meet compliance standards (certifications, background checks, drugscreens).● manage offers through the vms (acceptance, negotiation, counter-offers).talent management/compliance● ensure consultants submit timesheets in the correct vms system and approve timecards ifrequired.● manage consultant extensions, rate increases, or project changes through the vms.vms performance management● generate vms reports on submittals, interviews, offers, starts, and fill ratios.● track performance kpis such as time-to-submit, submittal-to-interview ratio, interview-to-offer ratio, and start-to-submission ratio.● analyze declining trends and recommend corrective actions.
