Job Title:AI Engineer Location:Bangalore (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite per Week) Contract Type:Long-Term Contract Start Date:Mid-FebruaryJob Description We are proactively seeking experiencedAI Engineersto join our client, for a long-term engagement. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in building, deploying, and optimizing AI/ML models, with strong proficiency in end-to-end machine learning pipelines and modern AI frameworks. The role follows a hybrid model with 3 days onsite in Bangalore. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models for production use cases. Build and optimize end-to-end ML pipelines, including data preprocessing, model training, validation, and deployment. Work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing products and systems. Conduct research on modern AI/ML techniques and propose improvements. Develop scalable solutions using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Monitor, maintain, and improve model performance in production environments. Required Skills & Experience 3–8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering. Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such asTensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn . Hands-on experience deploying models to production environments. Experience with data engineering fundamentals (ETL, feature engineering). Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, LLMs, or deep learning architectures. Familiarity with MLOps tools likeMLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow , or similar. Preferred Qualifications Experience with LLM fine-tuning, vector databases, and RAG architectures. Experience with cloud-native tools (SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML). Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
