Must be able to work effectively within a team environment. Construction of Water Treatment Plant Components, Water Retaining Structure, RCC Over Head Tanks, Buildings and Thrust Blocks for Pipelines. Responsible for inter-functional coordination with Higher ups. Preparation of design delivery schedule for all the projects. Review and Maintaining Design and Drawings at Site and co-ordination with client for design related issues Responsible for project verification of design reports and drawings Perform structural calculations (steel, concrete, masonry and pre-stressed concrete) Obtaining approvals to Engineering designs from third parties/ clients. Checking and certifying bills of structures submitted by the sub-contractor in line with contract terms and conditions. Estimation of Quantities and Cost of item of works by preparing Rate Analysis required for structures involved in project. Quantity take-off from approved drawings and keeping proper documentation related to structures.
