If you have a knack for combining stunning design with dynamic motion, we want to hear from you!Position:Performance Marketing Manager Location:Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi (Office Only) Experience:2-3 Years (Minimum1 yearworking in adigital marketing agencymanaging campaigns acrossMeta (Facebook/Instagram)andGoogle Ads) Employment Type : Full-TimeRole Overview: We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with 2-3 years of experience across Meta and Google Ads, who’s eager to learn, detail-oriented, and confident enough to support senior strategists on fast-paced client accounts. You’ll assist in executing campaigns, analysing performance, and preparing reports, while gradually owning campaign layers under mentorship.Roles & Responsibilities: Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook + Instagram) and Google (Search + Shopping + Display) Coordinate with the senior performance lead and creative team to ensure timely asset delivery Pull performance reports, analyse campaign data, and present actionable insights Support A/B testing on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and copy Ensure correct pixel, event, and conversion tracking setup via GA4, GTM, or Meta Pixel Research competitor campaigns and ad trends across platforms Maintain dashboards for ongoing client campaigns Take ownership of task tracking, documentation, and basic client-ready updatesKey Requirements: 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Good understanding of campaign structure, targeting, budgeting, and funnel strategy Familiarity with platforms like GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Events Manager Comfort working across multiple brands and categories Strong communication and documentation skills (you can explain what’s working and why) Curiosity to learn beyond setup, including strategy, content fit, and full-funnel impactAdditional Requirements: Must be able to work from our office in Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi.
