The ideal candidate is equal parts strategic thinker, hands-on technologist, and people leader — capable of operating in an environment where innovation, speed, and technical excellence are paramount.RequirementsThe successful candidate will demonstrate:- Exceptional system design and architectural leadership, with experience shaping complex, distributed platforms end-to-end. - Strong technical communication and presentation skills, enabling clear articulation of architectures, trade-offs, and engineering strategies across executive, customer, and cross-functional stakeholders. - Proven ability to deliver ambitious, cutting-edge software initiatives, balancing execution speed with quality, reliability, and security. - Leadership experience managing senior engineers, and the ability to scale an engineering organization—growing from individual contributors to a mix of leads, managers, and cross-functional pods. - Up-to-date knowledge of Agentic AI and emerging AI systems, with an understanding of how these capabilities translate into real product innovation. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical discipline.Preferred Skills / Nice to Have- Hands-on coding proficiency with strong understanding of design patterns and production-grade development in Go, Java, or Python. - Experience with real-time communications technologies, including SIP, WebRTC, or related protocols. - Background in early-stage or mid-stage startups, with comfort navigating ambiguous, fast-changing environments and scaling teams, systems, and processes. - Advanced degree (Master’s / PhD) in Computer Science or related field.Connect to shruthi.s@
