We do this with passion and by applying the human touch to both business and technology.Your skill sets and professional background are exactly what we're looking for, so we've reached out to you to continue with your application.Listed below are the details of the job to help you better understand our requirements :Job DescriptionJD for Cloud-Openstack :Location: Delhi, Pune and GuwahatiNP: 0 to 30 days only can applyMandatory Skills/Knowledge :- Provisioning and configuration of resources, Monitoring and Alerting, Basic Level Trouble Shooting, Reporting on Cloud Metrics including capacity. - Documentation and knowledge management - Prior experience in maintaining Infrastructure services in Openstack, NetApp Storage and Software Defined Network - Should have Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix and Network - Work with customers to understand their issues in Infrastructure services - Ensure solutions are secure, compliant, and meet regulatory requirements. - Create implementation guidelines and reusable design templates wherever possible. - Provide second-level support and provide solution of issues reported by customer as well as monitoring - Maintain security standards in cloud per Security guideline and benchmarks - Guide first-level support team to resolve issues and create SOP's for recurring issues.Preferred Skills/Knowledge:- Strong knowledge of Openstack services and NetApp Storage - Experience with Linux/Unix and Networking - Knowledge of cloud security best practices and regulatory compliance.Desired Certifications:• Certifications in Openstack, Linux/Unix, Network technologies.We would appreciate your updated CV if interested.
