Experience : 10 to 15YearsLocation : Bangalore (MG Road)Work mode : Hybrid (4WFO)Roles & responsibility- Develops and maintains a productive work team including hiring qualified personnel, training, and managing performance management, transfer, advancement, and termination. - Manages daily operations to meet department and company objectives. - Works with minimum supervision and makes independent judgments. - Flexible to meet the changing needs of the business and willingness to take on new responsibilities and assignments. - Initiates, establishes and maintains highly effective relationships with internal and external business contacts of various cultures, and at all levels. - Extremely confidential and trustworthy. - Demonstrates knowledge, experience and understanding of critical job functions of the team. - Assists management with development of results-oriented strategies. - Regular attendance at work is an essential part of the job. - Manages a team of developers while influencing additional assigned and/or aligned resources and/or engineers. - Promotes collaboration and fosters a culture of transparency by building trusting relationships between business, product management, development, and across departments within the organization. - Advocates for relentless improvement; assess the readiness level of the development group and helps them improve. - Drives toward optimized processes, workflows, and solutions to ensure the highest possible value is delivered. - Continually in search of better ways to optimize programs, processes, technology designs, and architecture. - When required, will problem solve, troubleshoot, and debug software or processes during times of needed support; follow up root cause analysis may be necessary. - Participates in, or leads collaboration and education regarding the development, architecture, and design concepts relative to other, related systems. - Leads in the creation and/or review of technical documentation including wiki pages, SharePoint “how to” “what is”, standards, and procedures. - Proficient understanding of languages including C#, JavaScript, Vue.JS, React.JS, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, SASS/SCSS, XML, and JSON. - Proficient in web frameworks and libraries such as MVC, Web Forms, jQuery, Bootstrap, NUnit and Moq testing frameworks. - Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio, Team Foundation Server (TFS), Azure DevOps, SQL Server Management Studio, Review Assistant Tool, ScaleOut StateServer (SOSS). - Experience with frameworks such as Web API, RESTful Web Services, Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), Web Services (SOAP). - Proficient understanding of SQL Server, MySQL. - Proficient knowledge of ecommerce and electronics distribution to support business operations. - Ability to negotiate with others, arriving at a mutually beneficial outcome with ease and composure. - In-depth understanding of the software development lifecycle, and routinely delivers software solutions in either a waterfall, Kanban, or agile approach. - Robust analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills. - Proactive use of good business judgement in keeping all concerned informed about risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies. - Possess strong relationship building skills. - Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate systems problems or processes to technical and non-technical audiences. - Ability to provide impact analysis and/or root cause analysis of various related systems. - Software Engineering, Information Technology, or relevant discipline, and 12+ years of overall industry experience with software development background In lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
