We’re looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager to lead the execution of premium interior projects - from partial design to full handover. You’ll be the single point of contact for clients, ensuring timely delivery, flawless quality, and an exceptional customer experience.Key Responsibilities- Manage complete project execution - timelines, budgets, and quality. - Review and interpret 2D/3D drawings across civil, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry disciplines. - Identify design gaps, potential site issues, and mitigate risks proactively. - Prepare detailed project schedules and track dependencies. - Conduct regular site inspections (in person and remotely) to maintain quality standards. - Act as the bridge between clients, designers, and site teams. - Share timely project updates and weekly progress reports with all stakeholders. - Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and drive performance improvements. - Maintain vendor relationships and resolve operational challenges quickly. - Ensure checklists, work methods, and SOPs are followed at every stage.What We’re Looking For- Graduate in Management, Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management - 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Site Execution, or Operations. - Strong understanding of home renovation workflows and design feasibility. - Process-driven mindset with great problem-solving and communication skills. - Hands-on with Excel/Google Sheets; data-driven decision-making is a plus. - Self-starter with high ownership, learning agility, and an eye for detail. - Experience with fast-paced, operations-focused startups is an advantage.
