The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in client management, sales coordination, or interior design project support, with strong communication and leadership skills.Key Responsibilities·Build strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.·Understand client needs and preferences, and translate them effectively to internal teams.·Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams for smooth execution.·Oversee key client touchpoints, including proposal sharing, site interactions, and final closures.·Provide timely project updates, reports, and progress communication.·Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.·Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling company services.·Support business development and contribute to client acquisition strategies.·Maintain accurate documentation, contracts, and project records.·Stay updated on market trends to offer informed recommendations.Qualifications & Skills·Bachelor’s degree in Architecture B.Arch, M.Arch, B.Sc Interior designing.·Minimum 3 years of experience in Designing & CRM, client management, business development (preferably in the interior design, architecture).·Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric mindset.·Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.·Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.·Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Design Software like Autocad, Skechup and CRM software.·Professional appearance and conduct with a focus on relationship building.·6-day workweek, including Saturdays and Sundays, with one weekday off.·Timings; 10.30am to 7.30 pm.What We Offer Competitive salary package with performance-based incentives.
