About the Role We are seeking a seasoned IT Operations Leader to manage and scale global IT infrastructure and services across distributed offices and teams. This role is responsible for leading IT operations, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, productivity platforms, incident and change management, and vendor governance in a 24×7 business environment.Key Responsibilities Lead and manage Global IT Operations across India and US offices, supporting 1000+ users in a 24×7 environment. Oversee end-to-end infrastructure operations including network, systems, security, and endpoint management. Ensure high availability and reliability of internet, wired & wireless networks, network failover systems, and proactive performance monitoring. Manage enterprise switching and wireless network infrastructure, including NAC (Network Access Control) and secure remote access gateways. Administer modern endpoint management and cybersecurity platforms including EDR, RMM, antivirus/antimalware, asset management, MDM and patch automation solutions. Drive identity & access management modernization using cloud-based IAM platforms and Zero-Trust security principles. Manage global IT helpdesk operations, SLAs, escalation governance, service delivery improvements, and customer experience. Oversee procurement, lifecycle management, asset tracking, vendor engagement, AMC renewals, and contract negotiations. Implement and enforce IT security policies, data protection, DR & BCP strategies, IT compliance and audit readiness. Manage enterprise communication systems including VoIP telephony, contact center, and video collaboration tools. Support productivity and collaboration platforms including cloud-based email suites, BI/reporting tools, and business-critical applications. Lead global IT projects including infrastructure modernization, cloud migrations, new office setups, systems integration, and optimization initiatives. Own budgeting, cost control, performance reporting and capacity planning for infrastructure expansion. Lead, coach and mentor distributed IT teams across geographies, including helpdesk/NOC and external vendor partners.Requirements 10+ years of relevant IT infrastructure & operations experience with a minimum 3+ years in an IT leadership role. Experience managing global support teams and distributed infrastructure for remote offices. Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, cybersecurity, system administration, endpoint management, cloud productivity platforms and collaboration services. Hands-on expertise with network design, performance monitoring, firewalls, NAC, wireless and high-availability architectures. Experience working with enterprise communication platforms (VoIP/contact center solutions). Vendor, procurement, asset lifecycle and budget management experience. Strong project and change management skills with ability to lead cross-functional initiatives. Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Certifications:ITIL / Networking / Cloud / Security certifications. Experience with cloud collaboration platform administration is a strong advantage.
