The role will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate processing of payments and reconciliations, and supporting compliance with internal controls. The Finance Executive will play a key role in handling customer transactions, vendor settlements, and statutory duties while ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.Responsibilities- Accounts Receivable - Sales orders reconciliation and act on non-integrated orders in ERP and to be cleared the same on daily basis. - E-Invoice creation and booking for B2B orders in ERP. - COD, Prepaid, Voucher & B2B order receivables Reconciliation. - Consignment Inventory outward booking for B2B orders. - Inventory Reconciliation - Preparation of receivable ageing, Collection follow up & Cash application - Preparation and sharing weekly MIS - Exception handling - ERP Testing and implementation - Internal and External Audit support - Month end Closer Activities B2C & B2B sales and return reconciliation - Preparing Various MIS (Receivable Ageing, Payable ageing etc) - Bank Reconciliation Statement. - Booking Sales & Return provision - The role will also comprise of end-to-end support to the business on the SOR model w.r.t. accounts payable, inventory management, weekly MIS preparation etc.Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Commerce (CA/CPA/CMA Inter preferred but not mandatory). - 4-6 years of relevant experience in finance operations or accounting. - Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners. - Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills. - Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - MS Dynamics experience is added advantage.Required Skills- Detail-oriented and proactive approach. - Strong analytical and decision-making skills. - Excellent communication skills.Preferred Skills- Experience with MS Dynamics. - Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
