- Servicing clients and cultivating strong relationships to foster repeat business. - Identifying, innovating, and implementing business ideas aimed at enhancing service delivery and improving the client retention rate of the company. - Knowledge & experience of MICE/Events - Demonstrating proficiency in creating compelling PPT and employing effective client retention strategies. - Maintaining cordial relations with clients to ensure their satisfaction. - Developing innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning. - Collaborating with the team to brainstorm ideas and create proposals for client projects. - Ensuring the smooth execution of events, including coordination with the Design and Production teams. - Managing costs effectively to ensure profitability. - Booking artists and vendors as required.Required Candidate Profile:- 8-12 years of relevant experience in client servicing and relationship management. - Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. - Outstanding ability to build and nurture strong relationships with clients. - Proven track record in client retention and relationship management.
