Responsibilities:- Handle customer registration process for booked units. - Coordinate with customers to collect required KYC documents. - Prepare and verify registration files as per legal guidelines. - Liaise with legal teams, registration offices & internal departments. - Schedule registration dates and ensure smooth execution on-site. - Maintain accurate documentation and update CRM systems. - Assist customers with queries related to agreements, stamp duty, payment schedules, etc. - Ensure timely follow-up for payments required before registration. - Prepare MIS reports on registration status, pending cases & documentation.Requirements:- 1–4 years experience in CRM/registration in real estate (preferred). - Strong understanding of documentation, KYC, and registration processes. - Excellent communication & customer-handling skills. - Knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software. - Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple cases
