We have 2 locations in Chakan PuneRole DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Engineering Manager located in Chakan. The Quality Engineering Manager will lead quality Systems, assurance and control activities, manage in house and supplier quality processes, and drive quality improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include overseeing quality management systems, leading a team of quality engineers, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with standards, and implementing strategies for defect prevention and process improvement. The role involves ensuring the quality of products and processes, managing audits, and supporting continuous improvement efforts.Qualifications- Experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes, with a proven ability to monitor, inspect, and ensure product quality - Proficiency in Quality Management and Supplier Quality practices, including managing supplier relationships and ensuring material compliance - Strong Engineering Management skills, with experience leading teams and driving process improvements in a technical environment - Demonstrated ability to implement and maintain quality systems and compliance processes - Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma) is a plus - Strong communication and leadership skills
