We partner with enterprises across the travel, retail, insurance, and technology verticals to accelerate experience-led digital transformation through innovative technologies, including cloud, microservices, automation, IoT, and AI.Available Work Locations:- Electronics City Phase 1, Bengaluru, Karnataka - Sector 60, Noida, Uttar PradeshRole OverviewThe Assistant Manager – Compensation, Benefits & HR Analytics will be responsible for managing the organization’s compensation and benefits programs while driving data-backed decision-making through advanced HR reporting, analytics, and automation. The role combines expertise in C&B governance with strong analytical capabilities to enhance workforce insights, ensure internal equity, and support strategic HR initiatives.Key Responsibilities1. Compensation & Benefits Management- Administer and manage compensation structure, salary benchmarking, and pay range governance. - Support annual compensation cycles including increments, promotions, and bonus planning. - Conduct regular internal equity checks, pay variance analysis, and market competitiveness studies. - Manage employee benefits programs such as insurance, wellness, retirement benefits, and reimbursements. - Partner with payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate processing of compensation-related inputs. - Respond to employee compensation and benefits queries with clarity and accuracy. - Maintain C&B SOPs, policies, and documentation in alignment with statutory and compliance requirements.2. HR Reporting & Analytics- Prepare and publish HR reports including: - Headcount & workforce movement (new joiners, separations, internal transfers) - Monthly attrition dashboards - Recruitment funnel metrics (source mix, TAT, offer-to-join ratios) - Leave, attendance, shift & compliance reports - Diversity & representation dashboards - Support HR Leadership with analytics for board meetings, business reviews, and budgeting cycles. - Conduct trend analysis, forecasting, predictive insights, and variance analysis across HR metrics.3. HR Data Management & Governance- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all HR transactions in HRMS—joiners, exits, movements. - Conduct periodic audits of employee data across HRMS and payroll systems. - Maintain master data including employee records, org structure, grades/bands, cost centers, and location mapping. - Establish and enforce data governance SOPs with strict version control and data hygiene standards.4. Automation & Process Efficiency- Automate recurring HR and C&B reports using Excel Macros, Power Query, Power Automate, or similar tools. - Develop automated workflows for processes such as: - Offer release → background verification → onboarding - Joining & exit data sync across HR, payroll, and finance - Build self-service dashboards for HRBPs, TA, Finance, and Leadership teams. - Drive continuous improvement and reduce manual reporting efforts through digitization.5. HR Tools & Systems Management- Manage and enhance Power BI dashboards for C&B analytics, workforce metrics, and HR operations. - Ensure seamless flow and integrity of HR data across talent acquisition, HR operations, payroll, and finance systems. - Partner with HRMS vendors to fix issues, implement enhancements, and optimize system functionality.6. Stakeholder Collaboration- Work closely with HRBPs on workforce analytics, attrition insights, and manpower planning. - Partner with Talent Acquisition for recruitment metrics, offer pipeline, and onboarding analytics. - Collaborate with Finance on compensation planning, budgeting, and cost analysis. - Understand stakeholder requirements and deliver customized dashboards and insights.Required Skills & CompetenciesTechnical Skills- Advanced MS Excel (Power Query, Pivot, Power Pivot, Macros). - Strong expertise in Power BI dashboard development. - Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases (preferred). - Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Power Automate, VBA, Python, or UiPath. - Working knowledge of HRMS (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Darwinbox, Oracle, etc.). - Strong numerical aptitude and understanding of compensation structures.HR Domain Knowledge- Strong understanding of HR processes—hiring, onboarding, payroll, performance management, exit & benefits administration. - Knowledge of statutory compliance relating to compensation and benefits. - Deep understanding of HR KPIs, C&B metrics, and HR analytics frameworks.Soft Skills- High attention to detail and data accuracy. - Ability to handle confidential and sensitive data. - Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. - Problem-solving mindset with a focus on process improvement and automation.Education & Experience- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Statistics, Commerce, IT, or related field (MBA in HR preferred). - 5-8 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, HR Analytics, or HR Operations—preferably in IT/ITES or large-scale organizations. - Experience in automation or digital HR transformation projects is a strong plus.Key Outcomes Expected- 40–60% reduction in manual reporting and C&B administrative effort through automation. - Accurate, real-time HR dashboards enabling better decision-making. - Improved compensation data integrity and compliance. - Enhanced efficiency and standardization across C&B and HR analytics processes.
