The role focuses on real-time system monitoring, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth operations during market hours. This is not an Incident Manager or Delivery Manager role.Key Responsibilities:- Monitor uptime, latency, and performance of ticketing and operational systems. - Track and report system downtime or degradation, especially during market hours. - Coordinate with Technology, DevOps, Ops, Risk, Compliance & Support teams for RCA and status updates. - Prepare daily/weekly uptime reports and maintain accurate system health logs. - Escalate alerts promptly and follow up until closure. - Identify recurring issues and recommend preventive improvements.Skills & Qualifications:- 2–5 years of experience in system monitoring/application support in Capital Markets/Broking/FinTech. - Understanding of trading operations, OMS/RMS, exchange processes, and market-hour dependencies. - Familiarity with monitoring tools (DataDog, Grafana, CloudWatch, Kibana, etc.). - Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.Preferred- Experience in stockbroking platforms or BFSI operations. - Ability to work effectively during high-volume/volatile trading sessions.BenefitsImagine joining a team where your well-being is paramount, offering you full access to fitness facilities, virtual medical consultations, and flexible leave options.
