Qualification:BE Mechanical with minimum 3 years’ experience in the field of Rotary Equipments or Mechanical Seals.Job Responsibilities: Selected Candidate will serve customers by identifying their needs; engineering adaptations of products, equipment, and services. Travelling to customers spread across Kolkata and other neighbouring states.Selected Candidate shall perform the following Job Duties:Identify current and future customer requirements for mechanical seals by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand mechanical seals requirements.Provide product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.Establish new accounts and service accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedule.Determine improvements by analyzing cost-benefit ratios of equipment, supplies, or service applications in customer environment, engineering or proposing changes in equipment, processes, or use of materials or services.Gain customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements.Submit offers by conferring with technical support staff.Develop customer's staff by providing technical information and training.Prepare sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends.Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Skills:· Strong technical knowledge and understanding of mechanical seals.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.· Verbal Communication · Problem Solving· Product Knowledge· Selling to Customer Needs· Presentation Skills· Technical Understanding of the product· Requirements Analysis Innovation
