Position Title: Engineering Recruiter, High-End Engineering (US Staffing)Work Location: Greater Noida West, UP (Onsite)Shift Timing: 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST (EST Shift)Experience: 6+ months in US staffing (Engineering preferred)Job SummaryWe are seeking a high-precision Engineering Recruiter to hire for senior, specialized engineering roles in the US market. You will recruit niche talent across controls, automation, design, systems, product, and industrial engineering, requiring strong technical screening, proactive sourcing, and confident candidate closing.Roles You Will Hire (Examples)Controls/Automation: Control Systems Specialist, Controls Engineer, PLC/SCADA Engineer, DCS Engineer, Automation Engineer, Instrumentation and Controls (I&C) EngineerDesign/Development: Senior Design Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical), Product Design Engineer, R&D Engineer, Mechatronics EngineerSystems: Systems Engineer, Requirements Engineer, Integration Engineer, Validation/Verification EngineerSpecialists: Functional Safety Engineer, Commissioning Engineer, Firmware adjacent roles (as applicable), Robotics EngineerKey ResponsibilitiesRun end-to-end recruitment for senior engineering positions: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer, and joining.Create targeted sourcing strategies for niche profiles using Boolean strings, X-ray search, LinkedIn Recruiter, niche communities, and talent mapping.Conduct structured technical screening for senior roles, covering:Controls: PLC platforms (Rockwell/Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Schneider), SCADA (Wonderware, Ignition, WinCC), DCS (DeltaV, Honeywell), HMI design, alarms, PID loops, tuning, commissioning, OT networking, ISA-88/ISA-95, cybersecurity basics (OT).Design: CAD (SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA, NX), GD&T, DFM/DFA, tolerance stack-ups, FEA basics, material selection, BOM ownership, ECO/ECN, lifecycle management, PLM (Teamcenter/Windchill), prototype to production.Systems: requirements (DOORS/Jama), traceability, integration, test plans, V&V, change control, stakeholder management.Validate non-negotiables: domain fit (aerospace, energy, manufacturing, medical devices, etc.), years of experience, tool stack, location, work authorization, salary expectations, notice period, travel requirements.Prepare strong submission packs: concise technical summary, project highlights, key tools, certifications, compensation, and availability.Partner closely with hiring managers and account teams to calibrate profiles and reduce interview churn.Maintain accurate pipelines and activity notes in ATS (JobDiva), with daily reporting on submissions, interviews, and closures.Ensure compliance readiness and process hygiene for US staffing workflows.Required Qualifications and Skills6+ months experience recruiting high-end engineering roles in US staffing (controls, automation, design, systems).Strong technical understanding and ability to screen beyond keywords.Expertise in proactive sourcing, Boolean search, and passive candidate outreach.Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.ATS proficiency (JobDiva preferred), strong documentation and follow-up discipline.Ability to manage multiple niche roles with tight turnaround expectations.Preferred SkillsExperience hiring for regulated/complex environments: aerospace, medical devices, energy, automotive, industrial automation.Familiarity with certifications or standards (role dependent): TUV Functional Safety, IEC 61508/61511, ISO, AS9100, IATF, PMP.Ability to build talent maps for rare skills and advise on market availability and compensation trends.KPIs (High-End Engineering Recruiting)Qualified submissions per week (quality-weighted)Submission-to-interview ratio, interview-to-offer ratioOffer acceptance rateTime-to-submit for niche rolesPipeline coverage (ready-to-submit candidates per open req)
