Position Open: Sourcing Manager Sourcing Team Lead Pre-Sales ExecutiveOnly candidates with a real estate background will be contactedJob Overview: The selected candidates will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and supporting the sales process through effective lead qualification, sourcing activities, and timely follow-ups. These roles demand strong communication skills, client-handling abilities, market understanding, and a target-driven approach.Key Responsibilities: Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, channel partners, and online platforms. Understand client requirements and provide suitable property solutions. Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads. Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and brokers (for Sourcing roles). Provide accurate and updated information about available real estate projects. Schedule and coordinate site visits with interested clients. Maintain consistent engagement with leads and partners through follow-ups. Update CRM systems with call logs, partner details, client interactions, and lead status. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams for seamless workflow. Work towards achieving monthly lead generation, sourcing, and conversion targets.Requirements: Excellent English communication skills (mandatory). Minimum 2 years of experience in the real estate industry (Sourcing/Pre-Sales). Strong negotiation, persuasion, and client-handling skills. Confident, target-oriented, and proactive approach. Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment. Bachelor’s degree preferred.Sound like you?
