Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and understanding of life sciences will be essential in this fast-paced agency environment. Key Responsibilities: · Submission Management: o Accurately and efficiently submit materials into designated submission platforms (Veeva Vault, Aprimo, Pepperflow, etc.), adhering to strict timelines and regulatory requirements. Tasks include reviewing and confirming that all metadata is accurate and clear, proofing material for spelling, grammatical, and brand accuracy, and validating that all required updates have been made per MLR comments. o Add relevant annotations to submissions to ensure clarity and completeness. o Maintain a deep understanding of health authority regulations (e.g., FDA, ABPI, etc.) to guarantee that all documents meet or exceed regulatory standards. o Proactively monitor project timelines and communicate any potential delays or risks to the Team Lead. o Experience with review and approval platforms including claims, reference, and asset management repositories (Veeva Vault, Aprimo, Pepperflow) required. o Experience and comfortability in leveraging technology (AI, ML, Gen-AI, etc.) to automate editorial pre-checks, proofing, review, and approval tasks preferred. · Process Improvement and Collaboration: o Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvement tools and revisions of internal policies and procedures related to submissions. o Foster strong working relationships with cross-functional team members, particularly project managers, to ensure clear communication and efficient collaboration. o Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for optimization and implement best practices to enhance submission efficiency and accuracy.
