This role is responsible for onboarding, offboarding, general questions and support of our US-base consultants and providing excellent consultant care.The ideal candidate will have for coordinating on-boarding and off-boarding of our candidates.RESPONSIBILITIESOnboarding:- Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for consultants hired. - Ensure all necessary documentation, forms, and compliance requirements are completed during the onboarding phase. - Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with time-keeping portals, payroll schedules, benefits insurance and point of contacts from the company.Offboarding:- Manage the offboarding process when consultants complete their assignments or decide to leave. - Conduct last day calls to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement. - Coordinate with accounts departments to ensure a smooth transition during offboarding.Day-to-Day Support:- Act as the primary point of contact for consultants regarding HR-related inquiries. - Provide guidance on benefits, policies, and procedures, and address any day-to-day questions or concerns. - Foster a positive employee experience by promptly resolving issues and concerns.Compliance:- Stay informed about US employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance. - Monitor and update HR policies, paperwork and procedures as needed to reflect changes in legislation.Data Management:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records on company HRMS, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.General Expections:- Demonstrate excellent communication skills in interactions with consultants, account managers, and internal departments. - Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities to address day-to-day queries and concerns promptly. - Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive HR mattersREQUIREMENTS- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 3+ years of US HR experience required - Understanding of US HR practices (tax, E-Verify, benefits enrollment, etc.) highly preferred - Familiarity with HRMS software (Job Diva) or other onboarding tools. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
