Essential Skills & Responsibilities:Experience: 9+Yrs Responsible for proactively monitoring, analyzing, and resolving issues in production.Work with development teams, clients, and other operations support teams to maintainmaximum stability, performance, and security for current environments. Application operations, client support investigations and Tier 2 task execution andinvestigations as needed for specific issues or investigative needs. Scripting for enhancedperformance of 'tasks' for SailPoint backend that cannot be triggered via administrativeUI or set up for use through administrative UI. Evaluation of log files for transaction investigation, health of application on platform,tuning platform, may be included in normal operations duties. Support for deployments may be necessary ensuring Continuous Integration(CI)/Continuous Delivery (CD) deployment execution as well as any deployment scripttuning/writing may be in scope. Implement and maintain tool/portal, processes, and best practices to ensure theconfidentiality, integrity, and availability of our application and infrastructure. Participate in incident response and post-mortem analysis to identify root causes andimplement corrective actions. Collaborate with development and other operations teams to identify and prioritizerequirements and integrate them into the software development lifecycle. Develop andmaintain procedures and guidelines to ensure platform is operating at the highest level ofefficiency and security. Utilize programming and scripting languages: Python, Java, HTML, PostgreSQL. Utilizecloud solutions (Azure/AWS) and cloud networking. Utilize customer service, negotiation, and conflict management. Apply security principles,technologies, and best practices, including encryption, authentication, and access control.Utilize SailPoint IIQ 8.4, Active Directory, LDAP, IQServices, LCM. Team members should be willing to work in shifts including weekend coverage forbusiness operationsPreferred: Industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Certified Information Systems SecurityProfessional (CISSP), or Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM). Prior involvement in IAM projects such as migrations, upgrades, or integrations. ITIL foundation certification.
