Experience: Minimum 15+ years (with 5–8 years in EPC projects)Location: [Specify if applicable]Qualification:- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s Degree preferred)Experience & Exposure:- Minimum of 15 years of experience in Civil & Structural Engineering, including 5–8 years in EPC projects. - Exposure to Field Engineering, Basic/FEED Engineering, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams. - Proven experience handling projects of at least 30,000 man-hours with a team size of 20+ members at peak load. - Experience in schedule preparation, resource management, and engineering man-hour estimation based on quantities and deliverables. - Familiar with change management processes related to input changes or additional scope.Technical Expertise:- Proficient in the analysis and design of: - Steel and Concrete Structures (Pipe racks, shelters, technology structures, etc.) - Foundations (Static equipment, tanks, and machine foundations with dynamic analysis) - Industrial Buildings (Substation, Control Room, Administration buildings, etc.) - Strong understanding of International Design Codes and Standards. - Sound knowledge in structural modeling, load calculations, and design documentation. - Ability to coordinate effectively with other engineering disciplines to ensure design integrity.Software Skills:- Structural Analysis: STAAD.Pro (Mandatory), GTStrudl (Added advantage) - Foundation Design: Foundation3D, Mat3D, ETABS (Added advantage) - 3D Model Review: Navisworks, SmartPlant Review (SPR) (Added advantage) - Finite Element Modeling: Abaqus, SAP2000, SolidWorks (Added advantage)Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Civil & Structural engineering team in delivering project objectives within schedule and quality standards. - Review and approve design deliverables, ensuring compliance with project requirements and applicable codes. - Interface with clients, vendors, and internal disciplines for design clarifications and technical discussions. - Support field engineering activities during construction and resolve site-related technical queries. - Participate in project reviews, design audits, and technical evaluations.
