This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on recruitment experience, particularly in hiring for SAP and other enterprise technologies.Key Responsibilities:-- Talent Acquisition Strategy:Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to meet the hiring needs, with a focus on SAP and enterprise technology roles.Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce planning and talent requirements.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and niche roles.-- End-to-End Recruitment:Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for SAP professionals (e.g., SAP Functional/ Technical Consultants, SAP Developers, SAP Solution Architects, etc.).Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking, to identify top talent.Conduct in-depth interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with organizational values.-- Qualifications & Experience:Education:- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
