Our mission is to deliver seamless financial management with precision, professionalism, and innovation.Role SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Part-Time Finance Manager to support our financial operations and ensure compliance across various client engagements. This role requires a hands-on finance professional who can work independently, manage core finance functions, and provide valuable financial insights to the senior management team.Key Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day accounting and finance functions - Monthly closing, reconciliations, MIS reporting & dashboards - Financial planning, budgeting & variance analysis - Ensure compliance with tax regulations (GST, TDS, Income Tax) - Coordinate with auditors and support statutory filings - Implement robust internal financial controls - Manage vendor payments, receivables, and payroll support - Support Virtual CFO assignments and client reportingDesired Qualifications- CA/Inter CA/CMA/MBA Finance with relevant finance experience - Strong knowledge of accounting standards and taxation - Proficiency in accounting software (QBO/Xero/Tally preferred) - Good analytical skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlinesWhy Join Us- Work closely with global financial experts - Exposure to multiple countries’ finance compliance - Growth opportunities into full-time leadership role - Dynamic and supportive team culture
