Arch with 1-3 years of experience in Landscape Design/ Apartment complex design. - Proficient in landscape/ Architecture construction drawing, tender documentation, and BOQs for large-scale projects. - Skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, rendering softwaresKey Responsibilities:- Coordinate with clients, ensuring effective communication and alignment with project expectations. - Develop and deliver project documentation according to specified stages and requirements. - Manage project resources efficiently, maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines. - Prepare BOQs and cost estimates and oversee construction phases to ensure design intent is maintained. - Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.Work Details:- Location: H-0, ECC Road, Whitefield, Bengaluru - 560066 - Working Days: 5 days a week (Saturday - Sunday Off)
