On-site position in Hyderabad.Mandatory RequirementsTechnical Skills:- Power BI and/or Tableau (Expert level - MANDATORY) - Advanced SQL and data modeling - 5+ years with Tier-1 HCM SaaS (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Darwinbox) - Strong data visualization and dashboard design skillsHR Domain Expertise (Experience in minimum 4 out of 6 modules REQUIRED):- Recruiting/Talent Acquisition: Applicant tracking, time-to-hire, candidate pipeline metrics - Core HR: Employee data, organizational management, headcount analytics - Time & Attendance: Time tracking, leave management, attendance patterns, overtime - Payroll: Payroll processing, compensation, tax compliance, pay equity analysis - Performance Management: Goal setting, appraisals, ratings distribution, calibration - Talent Management: Succession planning, career development, learning analyticsLeadership & Communication:- 2+ years managing analytics teams - Strong customer-facing skills with ability to lead workshops and present to C-suite - Proven track record of quality delivery and stakeholder managementKey Responsibilities- Advise customers on adoption of delivered reports and dashboards - Design and develop custom HR dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions across all HR modules - Lead customer workshops to gather requirements and present analytics solutions - Manage, mentor, and develop a team of analytics developers - Ensure timely delivery and quality of all analytics projects - Hands-on development of complex dashboards using Power BI - Define and enforce analytics best practices and governance frameworks
