: Software Quality Assurance (SQA): 2–4 Years: Hyderabad (Work from Office)• Coordinate with SEPG team to get inputs for the process changes• Provide support to modify process documents• Conduct joint reviews with SEPG team to review the updated Process documents• Plan for QMS release• Conduct QMS Trainings• Develop deployment Plan• Help project teams on tailor the QMS Process• Provide facilitation to Project Managers• Provide deployment status to management• Develop & Publish audit calendar• Conduct Internal Audit• Communicate audit status to teams & management• Coordinate with project teams in creating PIID (Practice Implementation Indicator Description)• Review PIIDs for all the appraisal projects• Conduct Mock interviews to the teams• Helps projects for the closure of pre appraisal• Support organization in successful conduct of Final appraisal (As per your instruction content kept unchanged)
