JOB SPECIFICATIONDesignation: Senior Manager/Manager ( HR & IR) Department: HR & AdminExperience: 15 to 20 YearsQualification: Graduate + MBA in HR or Law DegreeReporting to GM HRNote: Experience must from ManufacturingJOB ROLE● Designed and implemented recruitment strategy on various sources for allpositions as per requirements, handling recruitment i.e. from ManpowerPlanning till hiring the suitable candidate.● Co-ordination with Head of Departments for planning and keeping theirmanpower requirement within over all planning of the Organization as set by theManagement.● Liasoning with several government departments Provident Fund, ESIC, Industrialsafety and health department, Labour Department, MIDC, MPCB, LocalAuthorities and Insurance Department.● Complying with all statutory requirements like income tax on remuneration, PF,ESIC, LWF, P.Tax, Bonus & filling returns.● Factory and labour License renewal & amendment process.● Finding absenteeism, habitual latecomers, counseling, grievances handling andparticipation recreation center, Drafting & issuing show cause notice, Warningletters, Charge sheets, Termination letters, Handling disputes cases at Labourcourt, etc.● Identifying the training needs of employees & organizing Training Programmes &Obtaining trainee’s feedback for determining the effectiveness of trainingprogrammes. Arranging various awareness programmes.● To plan employee engagement activities through organizing various HRinitiatives like games, various festival celebration, monthly HR newsletter, healthcheckup camp, eye check-up camp etc.● To ensure a programme of employee’s compensation and benefit for allemployees.● Biometric system, introduce and set the KRA for new joiners, design reportingsystem & assign mentor as per the respective department wise.● Managing Appraisal process across the levels and establishing framework forsubstantiating Performance Appraisal system linked to Reward Management.● Processing monthly salary sheet, maintain salary records, pay roll muster and allother related records, updating loan registers, keeping track records of loan &advance taken by employee with coordination A/C department, Clarify employeegrievance & various issues/queries related to leave salary, salary payments etc.● before taking leaves, unable to reach assigned targets, lack of ownership &responsibility etc.● Ensure proper medical facilities to the employees and their family members formaintaining good health. Have a periodic review of performance & costparameters.● Ensure release of mediclaim reimbursement within a short time to theemployees.● Ensure that firefighting equipment are in ready to use condition at any point oftime.● Responsible to effective implementation of ISO/IATF system and documentation.● Tie up with nearest fire brigade so that on emergency their help will be readilyavailable
