Role – Hardware SMEExperience – 10-15 yearsLocation: MysoreMandate skills- Analog and Digital circuit design (Embedded System Design) - HW Interface understanding (UART, I2C, SPI, USB, CAN, ETHERNET) - Board bring-up and Board Level Troubleshooting - Project management experienceSkills required:Hands on experience in Designing, component selection and testing boards with Analog Circuit, signal conditioning and High-Speed Digital systems with Microprocessors, Microcontrollers; Memory interfaces.Circuit Analysis & board design R&D activitiesVery good communication and mentoring skillsMultilayer Board Design covering requirements to field supportHands on experience on Component Selection, Design Analysis & Schematics Entry, PCB layoutHands on experience on Industry level protocols such as SPI I2C UART USB BLE, Ethernet, RS-485Design Analysis & Testing– Power, Functional, Timing, Signal Integrity & Thermal.Detailed Thermal & PCB Layout analysis, support & review.Good Knowledge of High-Speed Board Design & Layout Guidelines.Worked on Documentation like design proposal, Design Document creation & Test reports etcBoard Bring-up, Design Verification and System level Integration Testing.EMI/EMC: RE, CE, RS, CS, ESD, EFT, SURGE testing and problem solvingShould have deep knowledge of medical domain, standards and regulationsGood understanding of DC to DC (BUCK, BOOST, LDO Etc) Power supply design. Designed Buck , Boost converter for some of the projectsHardware System Integration, BOM generation, debug and resolving capabilities to optimize and bringeffective design.Good knowledge on product certification such as CE, UL, ESS, Environmental and EMI/EMC tests as per Standards.
