About the Role: We are looking for a meticulous Podcast Editor & Manager to handle the post-production and distribution of our podcast. This is not a social media role. We need a technical storyteller who can take raw footage and turn it into high-quality, long-form episodes for YouTube, Spotify, and our platform, ScaleUp.What You Will Do:Video Editing (YouTube & ScaleUp): Edit full-length podcast episodes. This includes multi-camera switching (if applicable), color correction, and ensuring a professional visual flow.Audio Engineering (Spotify): Deep cleaning of audio. You must know how to balance levels, remove background noise/echo, and master the audio to broadcast standards.Platform Management:Upload and manage the final video files on YouTube (including End Screens, Cards, and Chapters).Upload audio/video to Spotify (via Anchor/Spotify for Podcasters).Manage uploads to our proprietary platform, ScaleUp.Asset Creation: Design high-CTR Thumbnails for YouTube.Who You Are:You are an expert in Adobe Premiere Pro and Audition (or DaVinci Resolve).You understand the difference between "cutting" and "editing." You know how to pace a conversation so it feels natural, not choppy.You are organized.
