Grow Your Staff is looking for a Fullstack Developer for an Ai consulting firm in London. The position is a full-time remote opportunity.The role will have excellent growth opportunities. You will work directly with the team based in London.Experience required: 4- 8 years CTC: INR 40- 45 LPALocation: RemoteTime- 1:00 PM to 10:00 PMResponsibilitiesBuild and own end-to-end development of early-stage MVPs, covering frontend, backend, and database layersTranslate product ideas into functional applications with a focus on speed, clarity, and maintainabilityDesign and implement scalable data models, including multi-tenancy and data isolation patternsDevelop backend services and APIs, handling authentication, authorization, and core business logicBuild clean, usable frontend interfaces without reliance on heavy design systemsPrepare applications for deployment using containerized workflows (Docker-based setups)Integrate AI-driven features, including LLM-based workflows, automation tools, or external AI APIs when requiredDebug, review, and improve code written by others while maintaining delivery timelines.Apply product thinking, considering user flow, system structure, and data integrity before implementationIterate rapidly on prototypes based on feedback and evolving product requirementsQualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science or related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience as a full stack developerProven experience working with LLMs via APIs and understanding simple RAG workflowsStrong product-oriented mindset, with the ability to think through data models, user flows, and system architecture before writing code
