We are looking for a dynamic HR – Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end hiring for our Diagnostics Division . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the diagnostics / healthcare industry and the ability to close positions quickly in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment for diagnostics roles (Corporate & Field positions) Partner with business leaders to understand manpower needs and hiring priorities Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and vendor management Conduct initial screening, coordinate interviews, and manage offer roll-outs Drive fast closures for critical and volume hiring Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and compliance documentation Support employer branding and recruitment process improvements Eligibility Criteria 2–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Mandatory experience in Diagnostics / Healthcare industry Strong exposure to lateral and bulk hiring Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Immediate joiner or short notice preferred What We Offer Opportunity to work with a growing diagnostics business High visibility role with business interaction Competitive compensation aligned with experience
