The position also includes maintaining compliance with all legal and company-specific HR standards and supporting personnel management initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.Qualifications Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices, including recruitment and employee relations Experience in HR Management, including performance evaluations and workforce planning Practical knowledge of HR Policies and compliance standards Familiarity with managing Employee Benefits and compensation programs Skills in Personnel Management, including conflict resolution and employee engagement Excellent organizational and communication skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in India is a plus Proficiency in HR management software is advantageous
