Kosmoderma’s vision is to deliver unmatched experiences while helping clients achieve their best version of themselves through gold-standard care. Duties & ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding·      Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process.·      Coordinate and support hiring activities with relevant departments.·      Introduce new employees to the organization and ensure smooth onboarding.·      Finalize CTC for new hires in coordination with higher management.·      Coordinate biometric registration for new employees through IT.Training & Development·      Prepare employees for assignments by organizing orientation and training programs.·      Identify training needs; plan, schedule, and track training sessions.·      Support employee opportunities for professional and career development.Employee Engagement & Culture·      Drive Happiness Ambassador initiatives to improve workplace culture.·      Conduct pulse surveys and employee engagement activities.·      Coordinate employee recognition programs.Performance & Retention·      Oversee performance appraisal systems that support high performance.·      Conduct probation reviews and monitor employee attrition.·      Support retention strategies to maintain a positive employee experience.HR Operations & Compliance·      Enhance HR functions by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations programs and HR policies.·      Maintain updated job descriptions and job requirements for all positions.·      Enforce management guidelines by preparing and updating HR policies and procedures.·      Maintain HR records with a structured filing and retrieval system (past and current records).·      Generate HR reports and metrics for decision-making and management review.
