The role involves collaborating with project teams to develop accurate and competitive cost proposals while ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards.QualificationsProficiency in estimation, quantity take-offs, and material assessmentStrong knowledge of project specifications, industry standards, and relevant technologiesAttention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilitiesProficient in using estimation software and Microsoft Office applicationsExcellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with project teamsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related fieldPrior experience in estimation or cost engineering in construction or related industries is highly desirable
