Role Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to join our LLM Data Services Business Unit. The Program Manager will be responsible for driving key initiatives and ensuring the successful delivery of high-impact projects. This role will focus on two primary goals:● Goal 1: Enhancing Data Quality and Availability● Ensure the availability of high-quality, diverse data sets to support the training and optimization of large language models.● Implement best practices for data collection, annotation, and validation to maintain data integrity and relevance.● Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify data needs and develop strategies to meet those needs effectively.● Goal 2: Driving Operational Excellence● Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget.● Develop and implement scalable processes to improve operational efficiency and productivity within the business unit.● Monitor and report on project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.Key Responsibilities:● Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.● Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. ● Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.● Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.● Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.● Report and escalate issues to management as needed.● Perform risk management to minimize project risks.● Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.● Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.Requirements:● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
