The ideal candidate should be well-versed in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates across IT and/or Non-IT roles while meeting strict client SLAs and quality benchmarks. Recruiters find and attract qualified applicants for open positions. They review resumes, focusing on skills matching up best to the requirements at hand and interview candidates until they find just what an employer is looking for.
