Location: Worli, Mumbai.Position Details:● Job Title: Counsellor● Work Hours: 9-hour shifts, including rotational shifts for 24/7 coverage.● Working day: Monday to SaturdayShift Timings: 9:00pm to 6:00pm/12:00pm to 8:00pmResponsibilities:● Offer empathetic support and counselling to victims of online abuse.● Understand and assess the nature of the victim's issues, providingappropriate guidance.● Handle emergency situations, provide immediate guidance, and escalate caseswhen necessary.● Educate victims about online safety, prevention measures, and digitalwellbeing.● Maintain confidentiality and offer a safe space for individuals seeking help.● Keep records of counselling sessions and follow up on victim progress.Requirements:-● Certified in counselling or psychology.● Experience in handling sensitive and high-stress situations● Knowledge of cyber crime, online abuse, and human behaviour is a plus.● Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, Marathi.● Flexibility to work in a rotational 8-hour shift (as this is a 24-hour helpline).● Ability to provide compassionate, non-judgmental support to individuals inneed.If you are interested then Kindly contact me on +91-9819326207 and drop your updated profile to me at saloni@
